![]() ![]() Again, find something you can watch/listen to while playing, there is no in-game music. If you enjoyed Hexcells I can't recommend Tametsi enough. And don't be mistaken, the game is still plenty challenging with these features as well :). Cutting down on strenuous and repetitive mental work by having the number hints update makes the game so much more fun to play and more manageable. These features are so helpful, man I wonder if I'd be able to love Hexcells if I played it after Tametsi, aha. There's also a barebones but functional and effective drawing feature where you can draw over the puzzle, which I find really makes it easy to test hypotheses to see if they lead to a contradiction. And similarly for the numbers indicating how many tiles in a line are mined. For example, if a cell has a "2" on it (meaning it has 2 mine neighbors), then whenever you mark one of its neighbors as mined, the number decrements to 1. The most useful is how whenever you mark a cell as mined, the on-screen numbers update. The thing that makes Tametsi so much better than the Hexcells games for me is the QOL features - to enable these, click every checkbox in the Options setting in the launcher. All puzzles are solvable without guessing. It's just like Hexcells in that you have to use clues to figure out which tiles have mines (right click) and which are safe (left click). I can't recommend this game enough if you are a fan of Hexcells. Normal incidence acoustic impedances were determined for eight acoustic liners, consisting of punched aluminum facesheets bonded to hexcell honeycomb cavities. Outside of the departments of visuals (Hexcells had nicer special effects whereas Tametsi is entirely simple, unanimated graphics), and music (Tametsi has no music and simple sound effects), Tametsi outshines Hexcells in every aspect. I've been playing Tametsi for the past bit and I seriously love it. ![]()
